Before submitting a release: the Eventroo checklist
Rights, credits, ISRC and UPC, artwork, timing: what to check before sending your music to the platforms.

A well-prepared release goes through review with less back and forth. This is the checklist from Eventroo's official FAQ — it's worth going through item by item before submitting.
Rights and clearances
I hold sufficient rights and clearances to distribute and monetize the recording. All third-party samples, remixes, stems, beats, voices and images are properly cleared. I have documents proving ownership and clearances. If I used AI, I can explain the origin of the material and prove the rights involved.
Material and credits
The audio submitted is the final version. The artwork complies with the policies and does not suggest third-party participation without authorization. Artists, songwriters, producers and other credits have been checked. ISRC and UPC are correct and have not been improperly reused. The artists' official profiles have been checked.
Account and good practices
I have not hired artificial stream, view or follower services. My registration, tax and banking details are up to date.
Plan the date
Eventroo recommends submitting early enough for review, corrections and platform processing. As a good practice, plan at least 7 days ahead and, for campaigns, pitching and priority releases, prefer a longer window. This is a recommendation, not a guarantee of publication.
