Login session cookies (Publishing, Artist area and team areas) only exist for people who signed in to that area.
4. Storage in your browser
We also keep some information only in your browser, without sending it to our server:
- A draft of the pitching form, so you don't lose what you typed if the page closes. It is deleted when the pitch is submitted.
- A note that you've watched the News video to the end, so it doesn't start on its own again.
5. Third-party content
When you allow third-party content, Spotify and Google (YouTube) may set cookies and know you visited the page, under their privacy policies. Without your permission, we show a notice in place of the player with the option to load it just that time or always allow it.
In the Artist area, the Spotify track player only opens when you ask to listen.
Their policies: Spotify (spotify.com/legal/privacy-policy) and Google (policies.google.com/privacy).
6. How to manage
You can change your choices anytime under "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page, or with the button below. Declining third-party content does not affect sign-in, payment or any other feature of the site.
Essential cookies cannot be turned off here, because the site does not work without them. You can also delete or block all cookies in your browser settings, but, as on any website, sign-in and payment will stop working.
7. Legal basis
Essential cookies are used to provide the service you asked for and based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (art. 7, V and IX, of the LGPD). Third-party content depends on your consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw whenever you like. We record each choice, with the date and the version of this policy, as proof of consent.
8. Changes
This policy may change when our services or providers change. The date of the current version is at the top of the page. When a change involves a new cookie category, we'll ask for your choice again.
