Take your music to the world with Eventroo
Eventroo is a music distributor with technology and rights management for artists, labels, producers and partners. You submit the release, Eventroo reviews it and delivers it to digital platforms, and revenue reports and payments live in the same dashboard.
Your music stays yours: distribution does not transfer ownership of the sound recording or the composition.
Sign-up takes place on the Eventroo platform, at app.eventroo.com.br.
What a music distributor does
The catalogs of streaming platforms and digital stores are supplied by distributors: they deliver the audio, artwork and metadata in the format each service requires and later pass on the reported revenue.
On Eventroo, that whole path happens in one place: from setting up the release to getting paid.
Upload and review
Metadata, rights and documentation checked before the release goes out to platforms.
Metadata, ISRC and UPC
The identifiers and credits that get the recording recognized and paid correctly.
Reports and payments
Revenue reported by the platforms, reports on Eventroo and payment through the method enabled on the account.
YouTube and Content ID
Content ID, claims and channel management, depending on account eligibility and setup.
Who Eventroo distribution is for
Independent artists
Release singles, EPs and albums without giving up your rights.
Labels and record companies
An organized catalog, reports per release and the label name in the credits.
Production companies, publishers and management
Distribute under your own identity without building your own platform.
Where your music can go
A single upload can reach streaming platforms, digital stores, video, social media and audio recognition services. If you want to start with the best-known services, there is a guide on how to put music on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.
- Music streaming: subscription and free services, by territory.
- Digital stores: sales of tracks and albums in digital format.
- Video and monetization: video platforms, depending on account eligibility.
- Social media: use of the music in short videos and stories.
- Audio recognition: services that identify the track by listening to it.
Delivery reaches the platforms and services enabled on the account and compatible with the content, territory and rights. The list changes with each platform's integrations and policies.
How it works, from upload to payment
Step 1: Create your account
Sign up as an artist, label or company on the Eventroo platform.
Step 2: Submit the release
Final audio, artwork and metadata: title, version, artists, songwriters, contributors and date.
Step 3: Review
Eventroo checks metadata, rights and documentation. If something needs fixing, the release comes back for correction.
Step 4: Delivery to platforms
The data goes to the enabled platforms. Final publication depends on each one's processing.
Step 5: Track and get paid
Reports by platform and period, and payment once the balance is available.
We recommend submitting at least 7 days in advance; for campaigns and pitching, earlier. This is a recommendation, not a guaranteed date.

Frequently asked questions about the distributor
What is Eventroo?
A music distribution, technology and digital content and rights management platform for artists, labels, producers and professional partners.
Does Eventroo take the rights to my music?
Not by virtue of distribution. Ownership of the sound recording and the composition remains with the respective rights holders, unless a specific contract provides otherwise.
Which platforms can receive my releases?
The digital platforms and services enabled on the account and compatible with the type of content, territory and available rights. The list may change with each platform's integrations and policies.
Is every release that is submitted published?
No. All content goes through Eventroo's review and the platforms' rules. Inconsistent metadata, missing rights or documentation, suspected fraud or policy violations can lead to the release being returned or rejected.
Can I register a company, label or record company?
Yes. Eventroo may request corporate, tax and banking documents and proof of authority to represent the company or of catalog ownership.
How far in advance should I submit?
As good practice, at least 7 days before the release date; for campaigns, pitching and priority releases, allow more time.
