Artificial intelligence is changing the way music is made. At Eventroo, we believe technology can open up new possibilities for artists, producers and creators.
That is why we accept music created with the use of artificial intelligence, as long as this is correctly disclosed at the time of submission and the content respects the rights of others and the rules of Eventroo and the digital platforms.

Content analysis
Eventroo uses analysis tools that can automatically identify characteristics associated with the use of artificial intelligence in the audio. This analysis does not replace the user's responsibility to correctly disclose the use of AI.
If discrepancies are found between the content and the information provided, the release may be sent for verification.
Includes AI
If your music was created entirely or partly with artificial intelligence, you must select the “Includes AI” option in the audio properties field. This information allows the content to be analysed and handled according to the applicable rules.
Flagging alone does not prove that you hold the rights and permissions needed to distribute or monetize the music.
Attention: content that uses artificial intelligence and is not properly flagged may be sent for analysis, have its submission stopped or be subject to other measures, in line with the policies of Eventroo and the digital platforms.
If the release has more than one track, check the properties of each audio. For every track that includes content created with artificial intelligence, select “Includes AI” in that track's details.
While registering your release on the platform:

The “Includes AI” classification is mandatory when the music includes content generated with artificial intelligence, whether entirely or partly.
Flagging applies when the audio contains elements generated with artificial intelligence, such as vocals, instruments, melodies or sound passages created by AI tools.
If you used AI in the creative process and are not sure whether you need to select the option, contact support before submitting the release.
When you submit music, you declare that you hold the permissions and rights needed to distribute and commercially exploit the content. Also check the terms of the AI tool you used, as each service may set specific conditions for commercial use.
Do not submit content that reproduces or imitates the voice, image or identity of artists or other people without the necessary permissions. Also, do not use names, images or information that could lead the public to believe in a participation that did not happen.
Using music, lyrics, melodies, samples, recordings or other protected material requires the necessary permissions, including when these elements are used in content created with artificial intelligence.
Fill in the release details truthfully and completely, including the artist name, title, collaborators and any other information requested.
Each digital platform has its own policies for content created with artificial intelligence. These rules may differ between services and may be updated.
For this reason, whether music made with AI is made available, stays available and is monetized depends on the analysis and internal policies of each platform.
This means one platform may accept a piece of content while another may refuse it, remove it, restrict its availability or limit its monetization.
Important: Eventroo accepting content for analysis and distribution does not guarantee its approval, continued availability or monetization on every digital platform.
Content ID
Eligibility for content identification and claiming services, such as Content ID, depends on the rules of the service, the rights to the recording and the terms of the tool used.
Submitting music for distribution does not guarantee its acceptance by these services. Eventroo may request additional information or documents to assess the eligibility of the content.
Documents
To verify the rights to a release, Eventroo may request information about the creative process, the tool used, the applicable license and any permissions related to the content. Depending on the case, we may ask for proof of license or subscription, voice permissions and documentation about samples.

If you have not yet submitted the release for review, go back to the audio details and select the “Includes AI” option.
If the release has already been submitted or published, contact Eventroo support and provide the artist name, the track title and, if available, the ISRC and UPC. Our team will guide you through the applicable procedure.
